  • Why does it cost money to recycle?


    Electronics need to be disassembled and sorted by hand to safely remove hazardous materials, and recover usable parts. This process takes time and special care. Our fee helps to cover costs that ensure your devices are recycled securely and safely.

  • Do I need to wipe my data off my device before I bring it in to be recycled?

    No, you don't have to. We are committed to protecting our customers data and all data housing products are sent immediately to our secure data team who will properly dispose of or securely wipe all data.
